Manchester United Confirm Premier League Squad List

Manchester United have confirmed their squad list for the Premier League season, after the transfer window slammed shut.

A 24-man senior squad has been selected, though the Red Devils are free to supplement it with players from their Under-21 ranks at any time, a group that includes Adnan Januzaj, Tyler Blackett, Luke Shaw and James Wilson.

The club have had to fulfil rules which mean no more than 17 players who do not meet the homegrown rule can be named. A homegrown player is a player who has been at an English or Welsh club for a total of three seasons before their 21st birthday.

Manchester United will be able to add to their squad when the transfer window opens again in January, meaning the current list is not definitive for the remainder of the season.
