Ferguson: Chicharito Will Be A Success At Real

Former Manchester United boss, Sir Alex Ferguson, has told Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti that he expects Javier Hernandez to score “plenty of goals” in Spain.
Ferguson, who was recently named UEFA coaching ambassador has been acting as the host for several coaches as they arrived in Geneva for the annual UEFA Elite Forum.
When he greeted Carlo Ancelotti, he commented on new signing, Javier Hernandez, who joined Real Madrid on a one-year loan deal from Manchester United.
“He will be a major success at Real Madrid and I’m confident that he will score plenty of goals,” Ferguson was quoted to have said by AS.
“He has his feet on the ground and has always wanted to play for Madrid; it will be a good move for him."
Ferguson coached the Mexican for his final three seasons at Manchester United, where ‘Chicharito’ scored 20, 12 and 18 goals respectively.
Hernandez scored 37 goals in his 102 Premier League appearances for Manchester United, most of which were scored after coming off the bench.
