AFCON Qualifiers:Senegal Outmuscle Egypt

First half goals from Mame Biram Diouf and Sadio Kane saw Senegal secure a comfortable 2-0 win over Egypt in their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Dakar.
Senegal started with few of their European based players, although Mohammed Diame and Moussa Sow had to settle for a place on the bench.
Mame Diouf opened the scoring in the 17th minute, the Stoke City latched onto a through ball before slotting the ball under the Egyptian goalkeeper.
The visitors struggled to get going in the first half, as they failed to deal with the pace and power of the Senegalese attack.
Mane doubled the the home side's lead just before the hallftime break, as new Southampton signing, Sadio Mané, got beyond the Egyptian defence to slot home into the bottom corner.
It got better for Egypt in the second, they started seeing more of the ball and even managed to create a couple openings, as Mohammed Salah started causing problems in the final third.
The Lions of Teranga saw out the rest of the second with ease, as they got their AFCON qualifying campaign off to a winning start.
Meanwhile, in Group G, Guinea started their qualifying campaign with an impressive 2-1 win over over a Togo side, which included Tottenham Hotspur striker, Emmanuel Adebayor.
