Alex Ekubo Makes First Appearance In Yoruba Film - "Ifedapo"

The young actor's career has been nothing short of spectacular but will this indigenous film be a plus or minus?
Nollywood heartthrob Alex Ekubo aka  Johnny has bagged his first movie role in a Yoruba film produced by actress cum producer Tope Osoba title, "Ifedapo".

According to Osoba , who made a big hit in Igboro Ti Daru and Gucci grils, the movie, “Ifedapo is all about love and when love is not all that matters." The movie is directed by Wale Ilebiyi and writen by Allwell Ademola.
The movie tells a story of a young beautiful couple, Richard, a medical doctor (played by Ekubo) and Ife, his jealous wife, whose obsession and insecurity knows no bounds.
Other stars who made the cut include Jaiye Kuti, Allwell Ademola, Regina Chukwu, Mistura Asuramu, and Tope Osoba.

Driver used rope to kill himself

Gerald Mellin left a note with his funeral wishes, the inquest heard A depressed businessman going through a divorce decapitated himself by tying a rope to a tree and driving away in his open-top car, an inquest has heard. Gerald Mellin, 54, of Neath, showed the rope to his 33-year-old wife two weeks earlier when he had asked her to quit their business and their farmhouse. He cancelled his life insurance and ran up debts because he wanted to leave her "with nothing," the hearing was told. Swansea coroner Phillip Rogers recorded a verdict of suicide. Mr Mellin's widow Mirrielle told the hearing she had won a court order the day before her husband's suicide for an extra £100 a week from him to help with the running of the house.
